Under this agreement, Radial Analytics has deployed their cloud-based Smart Placement platform for patients aligned to the Mass General Brigham Medicare Accountable Care Organization (ACO), a population of over 120,000 Medicare beneficiaries. The real-time decision support solution delivers insights to care management teams starting on day one of a patient’s hospitalization.
Additionally, users benefit from Radial Analytics’ real-time monitoring capabilities, enabling the health system to dynamically evaluate key metrics such as patient outcomes, care transition efficiency, and utilization of resources.
